Dumb Supper

Color of the day:  Blue
Incense of the day:  Ivy

Mayan Day of the Dead celebrations last one full week, and today is the last day, when transitioned souls are bid farewell with a banquet. Similarly, today would be a great day to practice the tradition known as a "dumb supper," a meal served and eaten in silence, to which you invite any deceased loved ones or deceased famous people with whom you would like to dine.
First, choose those in the spirit world that you would like to invite. Then set the table for you, any living guest(s) who would like to attend, and your spirit-world guest(s). If possible, serve something the spirit guest(s) enjoyed during their lifetime. If living guests are present, dish out food for each other rather than serving yourselves. Also dish out food for the spirit guests. Dine by candlelight, and be sure not to speak or make noise throughout the duration of the meal.
