LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Simple Home Bibliomancy

Color of the day:  White
Incense of the day:  Lilac

Gather a number of books, magazines, and pamphlets to use for this divination. This bibliomancy, or divination by way of books, may accompany a spell you are crafting to provide additional insight into the working at hand.
Write a series of questions on a large piece of paper, with room to write a "response" below each. In a private space, ask the universe to deliver you the insight you need for each issue or question.
With the stack of literature before you, close your eyes and repeat the first question in your head. At random, grab the piece of literature that you feel drawn toward. With your eyes still closed, turn to a random page and point your finger where you feel guided. When you're ready, open your eyes and see the phrase or words you are pointing at. Write this down as the "answer," and continue the process with each question.
Afterward, use your creative mind to help interpret the symbolic messages.
