Spirit Seed Spiral

Color of the day:  White
Incense of the day:  Jasmine

Sometimes we forget how valuable and irreplaceable we are. To ease periods of self-doubt, plant a spiral mandala of lavender. The purple flowers represent the crown chakra. Sown in a helix, they will help reinforce your connection to the Divine, and thus your belief in yourself.
Fill a round pot with soil. Take a fingerfull of seeds and, starting from the center, drop them in a loose outward spiral to the pot's edge. Then retrace the spiral, moving inward with these words:

"Me to crown,
Crown to me,
Together, unsevered,
So mote it be!"

Cover the seeds with earth. Repeat the invocation as you tend your flowers. Watch them-and your confidence-grow. (If your plants don't thrive, don't worry. They have absorbed your troubles. Scatter the earth and begin again.) Make small bundles of the lavender to tuck in your pocket or purse to remind you of the connection.
