This is a good day to be mindful of keeping balance in your life. The holiday season is in full swing; it's easy to get caught up in the revelry, and before you know it, you've succumbed to excess spending, over-eating, or other bad habits.
Make this charm to keep your balance. Whatever need you have, focus on it. Select an item to remind you of your focus. This can be a piece of jewelry or a stone, or simply write your area of focus on a piece of paper. Hold your item and speak this chant four times:

"Equal balance come what may, keep me on my path today."
