Three red candles and a bouquet of red roses help to focus the energy of this spell. As you light the candles and arrange the flowers, chant with a firm voice:

Earth and Air, Water and Fire,
please bring me my heart's desire.

True of heart and fair of face,
near to me will find a place.

Warm and loving everlasting,
for my same species I am casting.

This last line was added to an old spell because a friend of mine did a working and wound up with a true, loyal, beautiful dog!
