Shadow Spell

Today there will be a solar eclipse, so a shadow spell is quite appropriate to use for any number of things we may want to address.
Stand in the sun and face your shadow. Move slowly toward your shadow, then back away from it. Move to your left, and then to your right, you can even hum a tune and dance a box step. Watch your shadow as you move. Now talk to your shadow, expressing your thoughts on what you want to achieve. Simply say:
I am you, and you are me. Follow my lead so that we may be, all we can, so mote it be!
