To protect yourself from a cold or headache, prepare a foot bath from crushed mustard seed and hot water. Visualize the pressure and congestion breaking up and evaporating. During the flu season, carry mustard seeds in a red flannel bag to protect against illness. Bury mustard seeds beneath your doorstep to keep negativity from entering your home. To protect your lover from harm, place his or her name, an agate, and mustard seed in a white flannel bag and keep it on your person during times of danger or distress.
