Color of the day: Purple Incense of the day: Thyme Incense of the day: Thyme It's only a few months after Earth Day, but how many of your April resolutions have you kept? Today is a day to perform every action mindfully. Whether it's brushing your teeth, feeding the dog, taking out the garbage, or traveling to work, be aware of every aspect of every action. Think about the ripple effect. If someone cuts you off on the road, are you then rude to the clerk in the deli? Instead, CHOOSE to extend friendliness and graciousness. Stop adding to negative cycles by paying forward something positive instead of something negative. That doesn't mean you can't stand up for yourself to the person who wrongs you, but don't carry that negativity forward to the next person who crosses your path. Turn every action, every breath, every gesture into something with a positive impact on Earth and on those around you. |
