Spell for the Expecting

Today is the old Roman festival date of the Feast of Expectant Mothers. Since today is a Thursday (a good day for health issues) and we have a waxing Moon phase, this is a perfect spellcasting opportunity. If you are pregnant or have a loved one who is expecting, work this spell to promote a safe pregnancy and delivery. Light a white candle for the mother and unborn child and repeat the spell verse three times:

Juno, Roman Mother watch over us/them I pray.
Guard the mother and child well, be it night or day,
When the time comes for baby to enter the world.
May they both be strong and safe, be it boy or girl.
By the pow'r of three times three
As I will it, so must it be!

Let the candle burn out in a safe place.
