Here are some ideas: Cook an intricate, delicious meal for you and you alone. Walk naked around the house. Drink some wine. Take a bath. Create some art. Paint your nails. Perform a self-created ritual. Dress up and take photos. Sing! Whatever you do, let it be fabulous and self-empowering. The day is yours, and you must choose to truly respect and love yourself. |
