Visualize many layers of this energy protecting and shielding you from all unwanted energies and beings. On the outside, see an orange film of added security to fortify these layers on all sides. Now go to your kitchen and cut an onion into quarters. As the tear-bringing odor reaches your nose, imagine this extra bit of defense filling the spaces between your protective energy onion.
