Color of the day: Orange Incense of the day: Lilac Incense of the day: Lilac Light your favorite incense and a lovely candle. Play soft music. Close your eyes and come to center, breathing deeply. Once you are calm and relaxed, imagine the world the way you wish it to be. Take your time, filling it with rich detail, love and joy. Use as much love and positive emotion as you can to fill your vision. Chant "peace, beauty, love" as your mantra during the visualization. Revisit this meditation once a week, and start putting into practice the life you envision. |
