Sun Shower Spell
Color of the day: Amber Incense of the day: Basil Incense of the day: Basil Imagine you are standing outside on a beautiful, sunny day. If you can stand outside in the Sun for this visualization, it will be even more powerful. Feel the warmth of the Sun on your body and its light on your closed eyelids. Imagine its rays pouring over you. The light and warmth covers you and soaks in through your pores, eyes, and mouth. Feel the light wash away tension, illness, and discomfort. These spiral away from you and are absorbed into the earth for purification. The light turns to red. As it flows over you, your root chakra energizes. The light then becomes orange, then yellow, green, indigo, and violet, energizing your chakras as it changes. It becomes golden-white again, balancing your energy field. |
