Today was one of the holy days of Osiris in ancient Egypt. To raise energy today, take some broth, such as chicken broth, and warm it over a stove. As the broth heats, stir it clockwise. Inhale the essence, and repeat this phrase three times:

Steam will rise and broth will warm.
Keep my body safe from harm.
Magic mixture, energy rise,
With this spell I internalize!

Pour the broth into a favorite mug. Sip it slowly and visualize the broth feeding you strength with each swallow. To harness the energy further, make yourself a talisman with herbs and feathers or chicken bones and carry it with you in a small bag. Osiris is the god of resurrection. You can ask for his help to aid in a new beginning. Ask with an honest heart, for he also serves as a judge of the worthiness of the recently dead.
