Strong-willed children and adults under the same roof can sometimes together create a rather tense environment. This fun little ritual will not only clear out the edgy, argumentative energy, but will also improve everyone's mood. You need a stick of incense of your choice, and a musical instrument or noise-maker for everyone else participating. Go from room to room using first the incense, then the noise-makers at every door and window. Laugh and have fun as you move about.
