If you wish to change your luck and bring good fortune, the Psalms may be of help. Get out of bed before sunrise on any day and, facing east, repeat the following prayer, which contains the holy name Jiheje, or "he is and will be":

May it please thee,
O holy Jiheje,
To bring prosperity to my travels and endeavors.
For the sake of thy great name,
Grant that my wishes and desires be fulfilled.
Amen.

Now, thinking of Jiheje, read psalm number 4 three times. Contemplate the sunrise, and afterward go about your day with confidence and peace.
