LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

RIP Spell: Rip into Pieces

Color of the day:  Purple
Incense of the day:  Nutmeg

Whenever something is bothering you, something you know you can't do anything about or fix, something that's causing you undue stress, banish it by ripping it apart.

Write the issue on a piece of paper (or use a photo or other image on paper) and rip the paper into the smallest pieces possible. Chant the following as you rip the paper. If you wish, say a line of the chant with each tear until the pieces are as small as desired.

No longer my worry,
No longer my care,
No longer my problem—I'm no longer aware.

Bury the shredded paper in the ground or a potted plant or flush it.
