Refresh, Revitalize, Rejuvenate, & Rejoice!

Zen Stones and Lotus in Water

The belief that we can do little or nothing to arrest aging and reverse its effects is profoundly pessimistic and—fortunately—wrong. We now know that most of the limitations of old age are stereotypical rather than real. Things that were once seen as beyond our control can now be modified or reversed. Growing old is no longer your irremediable destiny. You can take preemptive action to eliminate the need for corrective action later on.

Rejuvenation is the process of making young or youthful by restoring or renewing anti-aging powers. There are rejuvenating strategies you can master to prolong life and repair time's damages. These strategies go beyond eating right, exercise, and appropriate medical care. They include stress reduction techniques, hypnosis, and even sleep.

Successful rejuvenation, like self-empowerment, is a continuous, developmental phenomenon. However, you can jump-start the rejuvenation process and turbocharge your inner age-defying mechanisms. All it takes is a workable plan, a passion for change and, of course, some basic guidance. To begin with, we are energy. We all share a single source of energy, without which we would not exist. Each of us is endowed with an inexhaustible potential to receive and utilize abundant energy, but the internal energy system must be developed and maintained, and effective energy-utilizing techniques must be mastered.

These techniques are many and varied. The aura system, with its internal core of energy, is essential to our pursuit of a longer, better life. The quality of our existence at any moment is largely a function of the aura system. There are many methods for strengthening the aura.

Hypnosis as a rejuvenation strategy is important in several ways. It sets the stage for implementing a wide range of age-management strategies. It has a capacity to energize inefficient biological systems. It influences brain activities that directly alter the neural and biochemical functions associated with aging.

The abundant resources of the higher planes are readily available to everyone. Certain planes are rich repositories of special resources. Even brief excursions into those planes can be inspiring, rejuvenating, and potentially healing to the mind, body, and spirit. Out-of-body experiences can tap dormant rejuvenation resources, including anti-aging energy, and directly generate a biological astral balance which is an essential element of rejuvenation. Once mastered, procedures that tap higher plane sources of rejuvenation can be applied to achieve other important life goals, such as health and fitness, solutions to personal problems, spiritual insight, and grief resolution, to list a few.

Some of our most valuable empowerment resources are found in our natural surroundings. They include forests, oceans, mountains, streams, plains, and animal life. All manifesting the creative power underlying the existence of all things. Nowhere are the possibilities for rejuvenation and abundant living more evident than in our natural surroundings. Nature provides more than the essential conditions for physical survival. By interacting with nature, we can reach new peaks of power and personal insight. It can enrich our lives with new rejuvenating energy and power.

Awareness of our existence as an infinite life force is in itself rejuvenating. Our destiny as conscious beings is abundant, endless life, not isolation and nothingness. All the unsearchable riches of the cosmic realm are within our reach in the here and now.
